How do I know that people are seeing my TAG ?
By making the TAG visible at all competitions you will see people taking notice. What do I do when I sell my pony or horse ?
Please alert TAG66 immediately so that people do not text to find that a horse is no longer for sale. If I lose my tag or it gets damaged, what happens ?
If the TAG is lost or damaged, we can send you a new one. It will be a different number though so contact us by phone or email as soon as possible so that we can change things around. How long is my horse or pony registered on the TAG66 website ?
Each registration normally lasts for twelve weeks. You will be notified by e-mail when that period is ending and you will have the opportunity to re-register at that time. However, it is currently live on tag66.com until SOLD (fvor a limited period) Does TAG66 advise me what to put on my registration ?
TAG66 has no input to any details you put on a registration. We will add categories or descriptions by request only. We do not advise on price or have any responsibility for any claims you make. Why did I not receive my reset password?
If you have not received an email from us after attempting to reset your password please check your spam folder and allow TAG66 access to your inbox. How can I change my Password?
Sign in using your username (email address) and password and the welcome screen will appear. Select UPDATE YOUR DETAILS and scroll to the bottom panel 'Login Details'. Here you can amend your password and update your details. I cannot remember my password?
If you have lost or forgotten your password, go to the login screen enter your email address in Username as usual and click on forgotten password. A new password will be automatically generated for you and sent to your email address. To change your password go to 'How can I change my password?' |
