The horse or pony is used as its own advertisement. The TAG is an instantly recognisable yellow identifier which is displayed on the horse, either by pinning to the saddlecloth or by using the holes provided, attached to the bridle. How TAG66 came to be

The idea was borne from the frustration of trying to find new stock at the right calibre. After several wasted journeys and bad experiences we realised that some of the horses and ponies at the shows we attended must be for sale and currently advertised. If only there was a way that we could recognise which ones were for sale - a TAG was the answer. We mulled the idea over for some time and recently, with the proliferation of new technology, we were able to put together a service which benefits both buyers and sellers. As buyers, we wanted to be able to instantly connect with a seller. As sellers, we only wanted to hear from serious, motivated buyers. TAG66 makes this possible.
