The Service
TAG66 is an advertising service for horses, ponies, horseboxes and other equine products.  The Service provides an online shop window for your equines for a fixed period of 12 weeks after which the advert can be extended if required.  As part of the advertising Service a TAG is provided to attach to your equine or horsebox.  TAG66, as an advertising Service, takes no responsibility or financial reward for the sales transaction or lack of sales transaction of equines or products registered on it’s site.

User and Buyer Responsibilities
The site User represents and warrants that he or she is at least 18 years of age and possesses the legal right, capacity and ability to enter into the agreement with TAG66 to which these Terms apply and to use this website in accordance with these Terms. User agrees to be financially responsible for all use of TAG66 (as well as for use of User's Account by others, including without limitation minors living with User). The User hereby agrees to pay all charges that are incurred and to be responsible for all other aspects of Account usage. The User agrees to supervise all usage by minors of this website under User's name or account.

User Account
The advertising service is provided solely to permit User to make legitimate advertisements and to view other Users advertisments.  Without limitation, The User shall not make any speculative, false or fraudulent advertisements or enquiries in anticipation of demand.  The User shall not reproduce, use, block, overwrite, copy, distribute or monitor any content of the website by using any robot, spider, search engine or any other automatic mechanism without prior written consent of TAG66. The User shall not take any action that will or could impose an excessive or disproportionately load on website infrastructure and agrees that it shall be used only to make legitimate adverts for the User or for another person for whom the User is legally authorised to act. User agrees to abide by the applicable terms or conditions .

Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright
Avertisers are responsible for obtaining copyright clearance for the publication of photographs and text on their adverts.  Advertisers warrant that all photographs and text are ther wholly owned by the advertiser or are licenced and available for publication without further fee.
Advertisers hereby indemnify TAG66 Ltd in relation to any claims of copyright in relations to such photographs or text.
This website is owned by TAG66 and operated by TAG66 and/or its suppliers. The intellectual property rights, including the copyrights, in the material contained in this website and any trade marks or brands included in that material belongs to TAG66 and/or its licensors and/or its suppliers. 
No material, information, software, products or services obtained from this website may be modified, copied, displayed, performed, licensed, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, sold or distributed in any way, without the prior written permission of TAG66.

This website may contain links or references to other Internet sites maintained by third parties. TAG66 does not operate or control in any respect any information, products or services on such third party sites. Third party links and references are included solely for the convenience of users, and do not constitute any endorsement by TAG66 and/or its suppliers. TAG66 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice to Users. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms which are put at the disposal of the User on a continuous basis by including them within this website. Continued use of this website following any such changes shall constitute the User's acceptance of such changes.

Indemnity
As a condition of use of this website, the User agrees to indemnify TAG66 and its suppliers from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys' fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from User's use of this website.

This site is intended for used in the UK by UK residents.  TAG66 does not warrant that the site will be usable for browsers outside of England, Scotland and Wales.
